Assembly

• Sets: Ship fully assembled.
• Chairs: Ship fully assembled with minimum order size of 4 or more items. Items do not have to match to meet minimum order size.
• Tables: Easy, 1-step assembly. Just attach the legs! Estimated assembly time of 15-20 minutes.
• Orders that do not meet minimum order size qualify for discounted on-site assembly. Discounted on-site assembly is usually priced around $50/hr depending on delivery location. On-site delivery may be unavailable in extreme or remote locations.

Lead Time

• All standard items are made to order by Beaver Dam Outdoor's team of Amish Builders. Current lead time is 6–8 weeks.
• All standard items are handmade by Beaver Dam Outdoor in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania.
• The universal manufacturer lead time across all online retailers is currently the same. The lead time for physical brick and mortar stores is longer on average. Please note that any vendor advertising a shorter timeframe is displaying inaccurate or outdated information.
• Orders ship from Lancaster, PA, and arrive within 3-5 days of the date they are shipped. Some exclusions may apply for delivery addresses in remote areas.
• Items marked as "Quick Ship" ship the next business day.

Free Shipping

Standard orders currently ship 100% free. Upgrades may be available for a fee depending on the delivery location. Free shipping exists for a limited time. 

Standard Freight & Ground Shipping

• Freight Shipments: For large furniture orders, we offer curbside delivery. The driver will unload the item at the end of your driveway or the nearest accessible curbside area. Available throughout the continental United States.
• Ground/Parcel Shipments: Smaller items are shipped via standard carriers (e.g., FedEx, UPS) and delivered directly to your address without requiring a signature. Available throughout the continental United States.

Split Shipments & Lead Times

• Your order may arrive in multiple packages on different days.
• If your order contains a mix of "Quick Ship" items and custom/made-to-order items, the entire shipping timeline will default to the product with the longest production time.

White Glove Delivery Service

Available as an upgrade within most of the contiguous United States. Contact us for pricing and availability.

This premium service includes:

• Full Service: Assembly, placement in your yard or patio, and removal of all trash and packing materials.
• Scheduling: You will be contacted to schedule a delivery window. You must schedule delivery within 10 days of this contact to avoid accruing daily carrier storage fees.
